Business Process Improvement / Development

This is an option to be considered where a process or a number of interacting processes need to be considered quickly or even developed ab initio from a variety of angles such as profitability and skills set as well as customer need. With an overview of the processes/work type and a small amount of evidence, new processes can be developed using objectivity, experience and analysis. This is often useful to companies/firms considering quality accreditation of some form.

Practice Management Standards
